Dear Esteemed Readers
It is a great honour for us to publish Volume 3, Issue 2 of the Zimbabwe Journal of Business, Economics, and Management (ZJBEM). In the last two years, we have published 52 research papers that underwent a rigorous review process, and I am happy to report signs of continued and increasing growth for the journal in stamina and quality. Our rejection rate of 12.3 percent (of the received manuscripts) confirms our resolve to maintain the highest possible publication standards. The continuous increase in the number of submitted manuscripts encourages us to proceed on this path and to make every effort to offer our readers the best available intellectual products and likewise our authors a fast, strict, and unbiased scientifically rigorous platform to publish their research results and/or findings. With your help, all of us at ZJBEM, from our University to issue editors, to all members of the editorial board and most of all, the anonymous peer reviewers who burn the midnight oil to provide this invaluable community service, will proceed on this trajectory to further improve the quality, the diffusion, and the reach of our journal.
Volume 3, Issue 2 has an excellent selection of 14 articles with topics in accounting, economics,
banking and finance, corporate governance, human resource management, marketing,
hospitality and tourism. I hope you will find these articles both interesting and educative.
