FROM THE EDITOR IN-CHIEF
Dear Esteemed Readers
It is a great honour for us to publish Volume 4, Issue 1 of the Zimbabwe Journal of Business, Economics, and Management (ZJBEM). The issue has 22 high quality articles that went through rigorous double blind peer review and rejected 15 manuscripts that failed to meet the journal’s standards. The manuscripts are from diverse topics that include corporate governance, human resource management, economics, taxation, marketing, public sector management, and banking and focus on issues that affect business operations under the fourth industrial revolution. ZJBEM’s multidisciplinary approach provides the needed practical usefulness since real world problems are complex in nature. I want to thank all the contributors who helped to publish ZJBEM Volume 4 Issue 1. ZJBEM continues to flourish and scale new heights through their dedication and hard work. ZJBEM is a bi-annual journal and special thanks to our Issue Editors, Professor Lighton Dube, Dr. Amos Tendai Munzara, and Dr. Caxton Shonhiwa who have ensured that we adhered to this policy.
